A Letter from the Director: December 2025

Hi everyone, and welcome to the December edition of the LiveMine newsletter.

What a six months it’s been. We’ve packed in enough wins, growth and hard yards to fill a full year, and it shows in where LiveMine is heading.

First off, the big one. In November, LiveMine was named Small Business of the Year at the WA Business Awards. This isn’t just a trophy on the shelf for us, it’s recognition of the years of grind from every single person here. We’ve built something real from an idea, and it’s bloody good to see that acknowledged on a bigger stage.

We’ve also kept the momentum rolling on the ground. Implementations across Australia have continued at pace, and we’ve made real inroads into the US market, proving that what we’ve built here stacks up globally. The shift from LiveMine being viewed as a handy tool to a core operational platform has only strengthened. Sites are now using our data to make daily six and seven-figure decisions. That’s the standard we set, and we’re not dropping it.

On the product front, the team has been pushing hard. Work on the LiveMine platform continues. We have some big products and features due for release next year and they have all taken big strides over the last few months. These aren’t small updates, they’re steps that will shape where we go over the next few years. We’re building not just for today, but for the company LiveMine will be in 2026, 2027 and beyond.

Miner V Wild is also gearing up for another huge year. After doubling last year’s fundraising, the 2026 crew is currently being recruited. It’s a reminder that we’re part of something bigger than just tech. The mining industry cops its fair share, but when it comes to giving back, we show up. I’m proud we continue to be part of that.

A massive thanks to our clients, supporters, the mining industry, and of course the LiveMine team. The award win was special, but the day-to-day work is what gets us there. These last six months have pushed us forward in a way that’s hard to ignore, and the next six will push us further again.

Stay safe,
